- Orders include a standard $3 handling fee to cover packaging materials and processing.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Shipping Locations:
- We ship both within the United States and internationally. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees.
Local Pick-Up:
- Local pick-up is available upon request. Contact us directly after placing your order to arrange a convenient time.
Lost or Missing Packages:
- Please reach out to us within 21 days of shipment for any lost or missing packages, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Physical Items:

Returns & Exchanges:
We accept returns or exchanges of physical products within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. -
Non-Returnable Items:
Personalized, custom-made, clearance/sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged. -
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your package. Include a clear description and photos of the damage so we can assist you promptly. We’ll replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund. -
Return Shipping Costs:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as an incorrect or defective item). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Digital Items:
- Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products (e.g., wallpapers, digital prints, digital planners, etc.) are final. Digital products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
