Pocket Post is my monthly sticker drop.

It’s where new designs show up first, before they end up anywhere else (if they do at all). It’s simple, consistent, and you don’t have to think too hard about it, it just shows up.

Each month includes:

a 4x6" sticker sheet (functional + decorative)
a mini clear sticker sheet (3x4.25")
a 3" die-cut

It’s a small set, but it’s enough to actually use, collect, or set aside for later (we both know how that goes).

These designs are member-first and won’t be available to the shop for 12 months.

Welcome Gift

New members receive a reusable 6x6" sticker book with their first shipment. It includes 50 pages with pockets for storing extras, so everything has a place instead of ending up in random piles.

How the Subscription Works

Pocket Post runs on a monthly cycle, so once you’re in, you’re in.

Join by the 5th to be included in that month’s shipment
Orders ship the following Monday
If you join after the 5th, your first shipment will be the next month
You’ll be billed monthly until you cancel
You can cancel or manage your subscription anytime through your account

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time, clearly noted in the item description.

Shipping Costs and Fees:

Orders include a standard $3 handling fee to cover packaging materials and processing.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Shipping Locations:

We ship both within the United States and internationally. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees.

Local Pick-Up:

Local pick-up is available upon request. Contact us directly after placing your order to arrange a convenient time.

Lost or Missing Packages:

Please reach out to us within 21 days of shipment for any lost or missing packages, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

RETURN POLICY

Physical Items:

Returns & Exchanges:
We accept returns or exchanges of physical products within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
Personalized, custom-made, clearance/sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your package. Include a clear description and photos of the damage so we can assist you promptly. We’ll replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
Return Shipping Costs:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as an incorrect or defective item). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Digital Items:

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products (e.g., wallpapers, digital prints, digital planners, etc.) are final. Digital products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Process for Returns:

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at help@upperroomprints.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process from there.

Refund Processing:

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email and issue a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
