Upper Room Prints - Return Policy

 

Physical Items:

  • Returns & Exchanges:
    We accept returns or exchanges of physical products within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items:
    Personalized, custom-made, clearance/sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged.

  • Damaged or Defective Items:
    If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your package. Include a clear description and photos of the damage so we can assist you promptly. We’ll replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

  • Return Shipping Costs:
    Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as an incorrect or defective item). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Digital Items:

  • Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products (e.g., wallpapers, digital prints, digital planners, etc.) are final. Digital products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Process for Returns:

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at help@upperroomprints.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process from there.

Refund Processing:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email and issue a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
