First Bloom Collection by Upper Room Prints featuring cottagecore stickers, greenhouse art print, notepad, and crochet flowers

First Bloom Collection: Behind the Scenes

Discover the First Bloom Collection by Upper Room Prints, a cozy handmade spring stationery release featuring cottagecore stickers, greenhouse art, and crochet flowers. Go behind the scenes of this gentle seasonal launch and see how rest, balance, and a touch of video game humor shaped every detail.

March is here, and so is the First Bloom Collection. This is your soft reset for spring. No hustle, just cozy cottagecore energy, a bit of video game snark, and some very relatable self-care vibes. Edgar the Gentleman Frog is front and center in his trench coat, spyglass, and signature bowler hat, which is frankly non-negotiable. Fred also makes a cameo, because he tends to wander into places and stay.

What’s Inside the First Bloom Collection

Handmade flower shop stand with crochet flowers and painted pots for spring market display

Sticker Sheets: Cozy Inventory and Edgar in Spring, featuring Edgar’s slightly more grown-up look and soft greenhouse spring details. These are the cozy stickers your planner has been waiting for.

Die-Cut Sticker: “Achievement unlocked: went outside.” My tribute to the touch-grass meme and a gentle reminder that sometimes leaving the house is a real victory.

Art Print: Greenhouse Morning, capturing that fresh, hopeful, cottagecore spring feeling.

Notepads: Greenhouse Notes, now standardized at 4×6 inches for maximum practicality and minimal chaos.

Water Yourself Water Bottle: Practical, encouraging, and honestly the only reason I remember to hydrate.

Crochet Flowers: Sunflower, tulip, daisy, leaves, red roses, and lavender. Chosen because they are quick to make, pretty to display, and look like a tiny market bouquet together.

How This Collection Came to Life

Let’s be real for a second. This collection almost didn’t happen. Burnout hit hard. Zero motivation, no drive, and for a while I seriously considered shutting down the shop. Instead, I stepped back completely. No deadlines. Just YouTube, books, writing, and far too many hours in simulation games.

It worked. The creative spark came back, starting with a full crochet binge, which did in fact end in a hand injury. Very on brand. Now I work when I want, pivot as needed, and if the collection is not ready by March 18 then it is not ready. My business, my timeline.

Bringing Cozy Spring Energy to Your Space

The flower shop stand for markets is my favorite new detail this year. Picture painted pots, a handmade sign, and a setup that looks like a tiny country garden appeared on my table. I will try to remember to film the process so you can see the chaos.

I am also very excited to actually use my own water bottle and cover my planner in these stickers. The planner itself is from Emily @emilyharveyart and Fi @creativestationerylondon, which feels like perfect creative-friend crossover energy.

This collection is about reset and balance. Taking care of yourself, finding joy in small things, and bringing a bit of coziness back into your life one sticker at a time.

Thanks for being here and supporting Upper Room Prints while I grow, rest, and create at my own pace. And yes, Edgar’s bowler hat is absolutely essential. No, I do not take constructive criticism on that.

If you’d like to follow along as First Bloom comes together, I’m sharing sneak peeks and updates on Instagram at @upperroomprints.

You can also explore the shop anytime at www.upperroomprints.com, but Instagram will have the most up-to-the-moment release info as we get closer to March 18.
